Judith Heinrich – Operations DirectorAs Operations Director for The Appointment Group, Judith quality controls the operations across all divisions of the company, globally, ensuring that service delivery is uniform. Judith has risen through the ranks from travel consultant to her present role where her knowledge is fundamental to in-house development. Judith is constantly looking at systems and procedures to increase efficiency and service levels and ensuring that our systems are constantly reviewed, updated and tailored to meet all the demands of our industry. As a board member Judith is involved in company strategy and plays a vital role in keeping The Appointment Group at the forefront of the travel sector. |
