We regularly meet with the key personnel from each supplier to ensure the smooth processing of all bookings, to monitor their performance and to discuss client’s requirements. Through partnerships with our suppliers, our clients benefit from value added packages. These can include upgrades, VIP check-in, lounge access, private course time and much more. We personally assess our suppliers and we are pro-active when feedback is received, ensuring their service levels are maintained and our clients’ expectations are fulfilled.
