TECHNOLOGYThe Appointment Group uses the latest online and in house systems to ensure we are at the forefront of technology, optimising the use of fare checking and quality control software. The Smartpoint framework allows us to use a Global GDS system (Galileo and Apollo) and our online booking tool TAG On-line (KDS) allows client’s complete ease of access. This, alongside our 24 hour service and dedicated divisions means clients are able to make any changes to or check on any part of their itinerary in any time zone. Our systems include a personalised travel information system and traveller and e-ticket tracking. Our in house tailor-made system, MaJic, ensures all ancillary services and passenger information are electronically checked and updated. At The Appointment Group we are constantly developing and updating our systems, both creating bespoke in house tools and updating regular systems, to allow us to gain the maximum advantages for our clients. |
