Training
The Appointment Group Ltd (TAG) is committed to continual learning and development of its staff and we are proud to have created an environment where all our staff are encouraged to grow and develop. We believe that having the best staff available is dependent upon a successful training programme. Each staff member has an individual training programme geared to their own requirements.
This programme is reviewed on a quarterly basis in conjunction with their line manager and Operations Director as part of the internal appraisal process.
On a weekly basis we offer various in-house training and workshops these include technical and soft skills. Equality of opportunity is vital and training and development is open to all. TAG will also support external courses and qualifications for staff when the outcome meets business objectives. TAG have developed a tiered approach to support, this enables staff to help themselves through a network of experts within the company, thus empowering all of our staff and ensuring they can meet the demands of our busy environment, we encourage staff to become experts themselves.
Our commitment to continuous improvement is unquestionable, as is the value of staff opinion when it comes to making company plans and decisions.
