Travel By Appointment’s dedicated teams manage the day-to-day travel requirements for our corporate clients around the globe. In addition to our head offices, Travel By Appointment operate a network of on-site travel offices within client premises, providing totally integrated travel management, fully supported by our 24 hour service.

The Appointment Group provides a unique travel management solution to other travel management companies. Firstly, we concentrate on providing a high quality travel service, ensuring both our staff and our personalised technology are as up to date and informed as can be. Secondly, due to our long and trusted relationships with suppliers, our airfares and hotel rates are amongst the most competitive on offer and we have special rates with many of the main carriers and hotels. Our long-standing partnerships with suppliers enable us to gain the best rates available and it is our policy to ensure our suppliers extend these rates to all our clients, irrespective of the amount of bookings.

We also have the benefit of our personally designed system, TAG Online (TOL) which is a fully operational On-Line Booking System, hosted by KDS and interfacing with the Galileo reservation system. This provides side-by-side live availability and booking facility for Air, Eurostar, AmTrak, Low Cost Carriers, Car Rental and Hotel. All these elements of a travel itinerary can be made together under one booking file. All aspects of Company Travel Policy can be pre-entered to ensure compliance of every area of your policy.
